Rules for entry submission

Method of Entry

Two options to choose:

1. Using the online form by clicking 'Submit Nomination Entry' from the right menu and selecting a category for nomination. Please note that you will not be able to edit your nomination if you are not-registered with www.wbiawards.com or not logged-in to your account.

2. Using the offline form via fax, mail or postal. All online submissions are free of charge. Offline submissions will be charged a 120 EUR+VAT fee per entry.

Following confirmation of receipt of the entry form by the WBI Awards Ltd, your entry will be acknowledged via E-Mail.

Language and deadline

All entries must be made in English. The final closing date for entries to the WBI Awards 2009 is Friday, 27 March 2009 24:00 CET

Multiple entries

There is no maximum number of entries permitted from a single organisation. You can submit as many different entries to as many categories as you would like. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. However, each individual entry submitted is liable to a separate entry fee if the entry is done using the off-line fax form.

Judging Process

Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided to the independent judging panel on the entry form and additional supporting materials where permitted.
Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed.

Confidentiality

Entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and selected commended or nominated entries in each category will be published.

Complete entries must be received and paid in full (online entries are free of charge) by the final deadline date to be considered. Entry fees paid by international money order must be received, together with the completed entry form, prior to, or by the final deadline.

Winners

The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified and presented with their awards at the WBI Summit + Awards Gala Dinner in Dubai, UAE, April 20th 2009

Promotion

By entering the WBI Awards, companies are expressly authorising the organisers to use the specific text submitted for the purposes of promoting future Awards in printed publications, web site and media activities as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials.

Eligibility

The WBI Awards are open to all eligible wireless broadband industry and supporting industry companies - as defined in the individual category eligibility descriptions.
